Dear You,

I know I told you that my trip to Safeway was not about picking out a v-day card for you, but the fact is, I did stop and look at the cards that were out on the shelves. There wasn’t a single one that could tell the story of the two of us (plus they were all so over-priced!). So I decided to write you a blog post instead! You know, I’m not the kind who looks forward to chocolates on this day. I’m sure you remember the box of chocolate that sat on the counter top for about three years and then you decided not to buy me chocolates ever again (great idea by the way!). I love the flowers you bring me on this day (and every now and then), and I must admit that I love going to movies to watch one of those silly romantic comedies. It’s like a tradition we have, like many others!

Indian bridal hair, henna and makeup: Collaboration

It was a super sunny Sunday to photograph Minal’s (of Bridal Henna Beauty by Minal) portfolio pictures for her bridal henna services for Indian brides. Six gorgeous models and one talented henna/hair/makeup artist made a boring afternoon so worth while. Check out Minal’s bridal services in the Sacramento area and beyond. Roseville Children photography: Liam’s 1st birthday

I have known this little boy from the day one of his life. And I have to say that I’m in love with his little toes, the golden hair and his bright blue eyes. I love this little munchkin…little Liam. He is a trooper, he is strong, smart and obviously the cutest! Liam turned One yesterday. I couldn’t have missed this opportunity to capturing this bg event. He wasn’t feeling the best, but he let me take some snaps. I hope he doesn’t hate me for the thirty-minute of pain he had to go through for the pictures in the morning

Indian Bridal: Folsom, Roseville wedding photographer

Recently I collaborated with up and coming makeup artist in town Sumaira, and hair stylist and henna artist Minal to put together a modern Indian bridal concept. It was a super cold day but our brave and beautiful models gave it all to make this shoot a success. Sumaira is a great makeup artist, check out her work at Bridal looks by Sumaira. Not to forget Minal of Bridal Henna Beauty by Minal, who did a beautiful job with the hair and I have to say that I was impressed with her fast hand with henna. She literally had 5 minutes to work on some beautiful designs.

So far so good for 2011! Last weean email from k I received California Wedding Wave , a premier wedding blog for brides, that Anna and Ed’s Fall wedding was featured on their online edition. I was so excited!!! Anna & Ed had a breautiful wedding at the Old Sugar Mill that definitely deserved a feature. Check out the post here.
